3 Artists I Hope blow in 2015

As much as this is a general entertainment blog I think it's pretty obvious that the majority of content is really about local rap music; especially in the last year. There's alot of music I listen to that's not really out there, some artists we even thought would've blown already before Cassper came and bodied the scene. Here are some artists I'm hoping get some more attention this year.

1. KayDee - Or Dizo as he refers to himself these days is a talented artist from KZN who dropped 2 killer mixtapes lastyear. He mixes traditional American hip-hop with the newage zulu rap and some killer harmonies here and there. He's mostly known for his 5fm hit "So High" which is still on heavy rotation on the station since lastyear. He's also got some other dope hits people should get a listen to like "Best Believe", "Buka Senzani", "Stunt", "Blue Box" and a list of others. Hard to believe no mainstream artists have featured him yet, who will be the 1st??? Check him out.

2. Ginger Breadman - I'm sure you know who this is by now, you may have seen him on some TV shows, on the Amantombazana remix and Reason's "Bump the Cheese Up" aswell. He's known yes but I feel like people don't realise how much of a dope rapper he is yet. He's one hit away if you ask me and this is the year he should drop it. Besides his features, which aren't his best raps honestly, he's got serious heaters like "Le Tlo Nkitsi", "Ghost", "Fede Bade" and a host of dope hardcore rap songs from his ROTY album. Check that out.

3. Party Next Door (PND) - This guy aint South African, he's Canadian, but brings some seriously out of this world RNB/POP/HIPHOP kinda music. Discovered and signed by Drake, PND is the most original music out right now. He's fairly famous but is not mainstream yet, once he finds his "pop" breakthrough people will be raving about him for his 3 mixtape/albums he currently has out now. And he's only 20 or so. Check this guy out, you won't regret it.
