On the way to a performance Khuli had in Midrand in the early hours of today, Monday 28 October 2013, police "identified" Khuli's car as matching a kidnappers car. Chana was getting refreshments from a coffee shop, as soon as he came out and got in his car police started firing with no provocation. Chana was lucky our police can't aim for ish and shot him in the hand and got a piece of the bullet also got lodged in his back. Chana was taken to hospital and was discharged aswell. This is no laughing matter as the man nearly lost his life, but how much of a joke is our police service though? Chana had just started driving the car and was at a speed of about 40kms per hour when police opened fire. Why they didn't stop the car 1st is beyond comprehension.

Chana will most probably lay charges and hopefully sue successfully for damages from the state. We wish him a speedy recovery. @ttigersstory
