More on Oscar Pistorious: All the Facts

Yesterday was filled with lots of speculation with all the little we had heard about Oscar's bloody Valentines morning. Another 24 hours and we have more facts about the story:

1. There has officially been a murder charge laid on Oscar Pistorious.
2. The police have confirmed that there have been previous domestic incidences reported from Oscar's lavish Pretoria home.
3. Oscar shot Reeva, or his "burglar", four times. In the head, chest, pelvis and hand.
4. Oscar spent some of Valentines Day being questioned by police.
5. There had been no signs of forced entry at the house.
6. Police are not sure where the "intruder" story came from but it did not come from them.
7. Oscar allegedly shot Reeva through his bathroom door.
8. Police and security guards were called to his house about two hours before the shooting, after neighbours heard him and Steenkamp argue.
9. A 9mm pistol was recovered from the scene.
10. A bloodied cricket bat is the central piece of evidence in the unfolding murder investigation against Pistorius.
11. Pistorius allegedly told his sister, Aimee, that something terrible had happened and that he had mistaken Steenkamp for a burglar.
12. But three sources close to the investigation ruled out the possibility that Pistorius could have mistaken Steenkamp for an intruder. There was no sign of forced entry.
13.  It is alleged that the first shot was fired in the bedroom after which Steenkamp locked herself in the bathroom.
14.  Pistorius’ father received a call from his son just after 3:20am on Thursday, asking him to come to his house.

Looking at these facts, Oscar's going to have to resurrect Johnnie Cochran to get away with this.
