Honestly, I would be more surprised to hear
that a lion bit an antelope. That’s what record labels do and T.S is no
stranger to ripping artists off… legally ofcourse hehehe. Brown Dash, DJ Cleo
and many others can attest to that. Doesn’t T.S stand for “Totally
Screw-you-over” Records? One thing I know, Sbu and T.K are smart enough to do
though is screw people over legally. But I doubt she would be so screwed that
she couldn’t buy airtime or a car for herself though. Come on now. The truth is:
Zahara signed the contract before
she became this big star so it would be understandable if the finances aren’t
really in her favour as yet. Maybe Sbu and T.K knew her value when they signed
her but I doubt she understood her potential. So her deal wasn’t the
best and is most likely for more than a year. So to make more moola she will have
to negotiate a better deal or atleast pray some bigger record label buys her
out of her contract. No disrespect to T.S but where Zahara is right now and
where she’s going career-wise can be handled better by other companies. Zahara
should give Lira a call for tips on where to go from here.
If Zahara can make the
right decisions from here onwards then there’s no telling where she will go.
That’s my 2 cents and in Zahara’s context it’s probably worth millions.
Hopefully she’s now got an agent or a manager that does not work for TS to
handle all her dealings.
Zahara did later state that she’s got
enough money to buy her own house and doesn’t have to stay at TK’s residence and is there by choice.
It’s not all about the glits and glamour as yet for her, but she does need her own space at some point. She didn't say how big the house she could afford is though. It leaves alot to the imagination. Maybe uZahara uLoliwe vele hehehe. That's my 2cents I'm the f*cken SPONSOR!!!!
