Top Ten Things I Wanna See From Our Celebs And The Entertainment Industry In 2011 - Top Ten Toozdays
10. Black Coffee’s left hand has been M.I.A for too long. Can we atleast see it?
8. If Club 808 will continue crushing Live in its presentation, it’s entertainment value, and delivery. And if Live will stop competing and get back to normal. Oh and will Mo_Flava grow some balls aswell… His chic can tell me.
7. I wanna see more of Minnie Dhlamini. Have you noticed her name is in her surname too? I wanna see more of Minnie in a bikini in a mini-series and in person.
6. Generations reinventing themselves and creating more entertaining television. I watch Isidingo and wonder where Generations went wrong. Whoever writes their stories is doing it as a job and has no passion for it. I’m sure the whole of S.A agrees with me.
5. A series that’s not about kasi life and everyday struggles. A series that’s got no realism whatsoever. A series that’s completely hypothetical and quite creative. Even hobos think out of the box they live in.
4. Prettier faces on TV and more from the pretty faces we do see. A lot of people can be replaced from our soapies, series, shows etc. As for the pretty faces that I want more of, have you seen Tsego, Tshiamo and Boitomelo from SABC2’s Q-base24 or whatever? Damn, check ‘em out.
3. Khanyi Mbau doing something huge with her enormous fame. Can her management get to work please. I wanna see Mbau weekly on TV, wake up #TeamMbau. I am looking forward to that Tropika reality show though, apparently Bonang and Khanyi are really good buddies on it.
2. Tear Gas, L-Tido, J.R, Black Gold, Nicki Nakai, Prokid, A.K.A, Molly and Jozi making more hit hip-hop tracks for us to listen to. They keep me hopeful that S.A hip-hop is going somewhere.
1. Kelly Khumalo, it’s been a while since I’ve seen or heard her doing something worthwile. She’s the second girl after Khanyi Mbau I wouldn’t mind seeing on TV weekly. Make a reality show about her or something damnit. Coincidentally she’s managed by the same people that manage Khanyi so I’m not surprised.
