Snap IT is Print Screen with editing ability. Usually Prnt Scrn (keyboard button) captures the whole page and you have to transfer the picture to another program to even crop it. Snap IT allows you to crop the picture as soon as you’ve Prnt Scrnd. Then you can set it to auto-save what you’ve cropped to a folder or your clipboard, meaning you can prnt scrn multiple times without always having to transfer the image to another program for editing first.
A lot of our work involves Twitter and Facebook. We prnt scrn timelines from these applications for stories and this tool saves time and makes it much more efficient. You crop out what you want and move on. If you're a blogger, graphic designer or an online magazine writer I recommend this.
